The Klever Lever comes in Black or Chrome. Made from Polycarbonate, the Klever Lever expands slightly as it passes over the existing Harley Star Thumbscrew. Once the ridge on the Klever Lever passes the ridge on the thumbscrew, the lever is on. the are no tools needed.

Because the Klever Lever operates between the two throttle cables, the thumbscrew can not be over tightened. The Klever Lever holds (not locks) the throttle. Once held, the throttle can be adjusted up or down and easily over ridden. It takes a quarter turn to engage the Klever Lever and can be operated with the heaviest gloves.

Installation Instructions

To install the Klever Lever, turn off the gas at the stopcock. Turn the throttle on and lock it with the thumbscrew. Back off the thumbscrew until the throttle releases.  Align the Extender arm with the throttle cable toward the rider. Push the Klever Lever up keeping it level. When the ridge inside the Klever Lever passes the ridge on the thumbscrew, it’s on. It should take a quarter turn to lock or unlock the throttle. For Chrome Klever Levers, squeeze the lever to relieve the chrome on the inside of the lever. The lever needs to expand to pass over the thumbscrew.
